Fort Langley

We're in Fort Langley now, as our 2 weeks are up at Cultus. This is actually closer to Abbotsford. This place is quite nice and green, on an Island in the Fraser. We were here about 20 years ago. The truck is decorated with Canucks flags and stickers. Carol went up Fraser Way with the rest of the rowdy fans after the fourth winning game, and broke the horn on the truck. On the way moving the trailer here, Carol stopped at Cannors Nursery for tea with her friends, so after a while I dropped in for lunch and ate with the 6 cackling women.

Here's some jewelery I've been making. The first picture is a silver ankle bracelet with quartz stones, the second is a fossil rock I cut, shaped and polished, then silver wrapped into a pendant and a Bismuth crystal I wrapped into a pendant.

Fraser Valley

Today we made it back to the Valley for Easter with the other kids (and grandkids). We are at Cultus for 2 weeks. Mocha doesn't know about this cold damp weather we were greeted with. In May we will head back to Vernon and enjoy some summer there and plan out our next excursion. There's good Europe deals, or we'll head to the Maritimes, or some place we have not been to.

Back in Vernon

We made it back to Vernon Saturday. We planned on 4 days travel but made it in 3. We brought the sunshine with us as it snowed here last week but now it's green and warm. We are having Easter here today and going to Abbotsford to have Easter with the rest of the family.
