Well I got my new Segway. This is the model with the big 4X4 tires for trail riding. Now I can keep up with Carol when she goes for her 5 mile walks with the dog. I know the guy who owns Segway for western Canada, so I got a deal on it. Accidently I found another use for it. It scoots along at 20 kmh. I zipped down the road to mail a letter by McDonalds at Whatcom. On the way back a guy was pedaling his bike up the hill. This guy was serious with all the riding gear and expensive bike. He was pedaling like mad, not noticing me catching up to him. The Segway is virtually silent. He almost filled his pants when he noticed me silently standing beside him at great speed. He hollered Ho S*%#@$, and almost veered into traffic. So I can probably sneak up on speeding cyclists and tap them on the shoulder. (and get away).
